Fill up a plate or large bowl with them. When you’re eating platefuls regularly you will quickly see a huge benefit to your health and weight (like within a day or two!). If there’s only one weight loss and health tip you retain from this blog, let this be the one. It’s the reason you see thin women drinking so many green smoothies and eating so many salads!
It is amazing that the minute you eat platefuls of fruits/veggies per day, you’re going to start losing weight. And the minute you aren’t eating at least one plateful of fruits/veggies per day, you’re going to start putting on weight. You have to eat at least this amount of them per day! It is literally like magic when you do.
How to incorporate fruits and veggies into your diet
Make meals by just cutting up fresh fruits or veggies you have on hand, fill up a plate or bowl with them, and add any accompaniments you have such as a bit of cheese, salsa, hummus, honey, a little tuna salad, herbs, etc. That’s it! Filling up a large plate or bowl with your fruits/veggies ensures you are getting enough of them for that meal. And the topping accompaniments can add more flavors.
