Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

A: All orders are processed immediately and shipped within 3-7 business days. The successful delivery is usually completed within 1-2 weeks from the ship out date, however, there are factors that are outside of our control which can cause delays in shipping. Please note that the delivery time-frame will vary for every destination country.

U.S., E.U., Canada and Australia:

Please allow up to 7-15 business days from the date they are shipped for your parcel to arrive.

Rest of world:

Please allow 10-21 business days and in rare cases can take 30+ business days from the date they are shipped. Please note in some countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.

In some cases your order will be sent in multiple shipments. Rest assured that all items in your order will arrive within the estimated delivery time-frame. 

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Yes! We serve the international market. There may be some countries that we no longer ship to due to certain limitations.
